PREP Program

The PREP Program is an academic-community partnership involving The University of California at San Francisco (UCSF), Family Service Agency of San Francisco (FSA-SF), the Mental Health Association of San Francisco (MHA-SF), Larkin Street Youth Services, and Sojourner Truth.

Clinicians from FSA-SF and UCSF’s Prodrome Assessment Research Treatment (PART) project deliver a suite of comprehensive, conscientious and evidence-based services to people and families suffering from signs and symptoms of schizophrenia, schziophreniform disorder and schizoaffective disorder. Combining evidence-based and novel treatments with a holistic, strength-based approach to clinical care, PREP supports active recovery and full engagement with co-workers, peers and family members.
